About Viction (VIC)
What Is TomoChain?
TomoChain is a secure, scalable public blockchain, renowned for its well-designed features and products that support the development of web3 apps and games. Launched in 2018, TomoChain has been a community-driven platform, evolving to promote the greater adoption of web3 technologies and products. It stands out as a superior alternative to major networks like Bitcoin and Ethereum, offering advantages in fork generation, efficient throughput, and fast confirmation times. TomoChain is Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatible and operates with a Proof of Stake (PoS) consensus optimized for speed and scalability.
The platform was developed by TomoChain Labs, with the parent company, TomoChain Pte Ltd., established in 2017 by Tung Hoang, Son Nguyen, Le Ho, and Long Vuong. TomoChain raised $8.5 million in its ICO in early 2018 and continues to develop, with many of its features already available online, including staking, developer tools, TomoWallet, TomoMasterDAO, and TomoBridge.

How Does TomoChain Work?
TomoChain operates with an easy-to-use interface and offers utility to meet today’s user needs, focusing on security, low transaction fees, and speed. It supports simplified product creation for developers and allows users to secure the network with staking via TomoWallet. TomoChain employs a Proof of Stake Voting mechanism to support the network's continued development, where token holders can vote for a Masternode by staking at least 100 TOMO tokens to a smart contract associated with that candidate.
TomoChain connects to other blockchains via TomoBridge, allowing users to migrate their TOMO tokens to other blockchains and vice versa. This feature enables TomoChain users to easily leverage the features and functions available on other blockchains. Additionally, TomoChain’s design and functionality actively promote the platform’s goal of accelerating the adoption of web3 applications, offering fast processing times, interchain bridging, and enhanced security.
What Is TOMO Token?
TOMO is the native token of TomoChain, used to support the growth and security of the network through a voting mechanism. It is used to reward voters and Masternode Candidates and can also facilitate cross-chain transfers through TomoBridge. There is a maximum supply of 100 million TOMO tokens, with almost 97 million in circulation. The tokens were initially distributed with 50% allocated to the Governance Treasury, 21% to the TomoMasterDAO Team, and the rest distributed among various other allocations.
TomoChain's Impact on Finance
TomoChain strives to hasten the adoption of web3 applications by maintaining decentralization while operating with no transaction fees and ultra-fast processing time. It stands as a testament to the innovative strides being made in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space, offering a scalable and secure alternative for developers and users alike. It is poised to drive the price and market cap higher in the future due to its lofty goal of speeding up mass adoption of web3 usage and its many innovative features and mechanisms to support this goal.
TomoChain’s impact is also reflected in its partnerships with established entities and its continuous development and upgrades, such as the Excalibur hard fork and the launch of TomoX. These developments and its unique features make TomoChain a significant player in the blockchain and finance sectors, contributing to the broader goal of mainstream web3 application adoption.
What Determines TomoChain's Price?
The price of TomoChain (TOMO), like other cryptocurrencies, is determined by a myriad of factors, reflecting the dynamics of the cryptocurrency market. Supply and demand dynamics play a crucial role in determining the price of TOMO. When more cryptocurrency enthusiasts and investors are buying TOMO, the price tends to rise. Conversely, when more people are selling TOMO, the price tends to fall. The availability of TOMO to buy on cryptocurrency exchanges such as Bitget also influences its price, as it provides a platform for trading, thus affecting supply and demand.
Cryptocurrency news, trends, and events significantly impact the price of TomoChain. Positive news and events related to TomoChain or the broader crypto market often lead to increased demand, driving up the price, while negative news can decrease demand, leading to a price drop. Cryptocurrency analysis and charts are essential tools for both beginners and experts in the crypto community, offering insights into potential price movements and helping in making informed investment decisions. Cryptocurrency price predictions and crypto market analysis are often used by investors to gauge the potential future value of TOMO, influencing buying and selling decisions, and thus, its price. For instance, any news or predictions suggesting that TomoChain is the best crypto investment for 2023 and beyond can lead to increased demand and a subsequent rise in price.
Market sentiment, driven by cryptocurrency influencers, experts, and the broader crypto community, also plays a pivotal role in determining TOMO's price. Positive sentiment can lead to increased adoption and demand, pushing prices higher, while negative sentiment can have the opposite effect. Additionally, cryptocurrency regulation can impact the price of TOMO, as it can affect its availability and legality in various jurisdictions, influencing its demand and adoption. Lastly, the inherent crypto market volatility, cryptocurrency risks, and security concerns can lead to fluctuating prices, making it imperative for investors to manage their crypto portfolios effectively and stay abreast of the latest developments in the cryptocurrency market.
