Glossary
Maker: These are orders placed at a specific price that are not immediately filled by a counterparty order in the order book. Instead, they are placed in the order book and wait for a counterparty order to be filled. For example, assuming that the current price is 100 USDT and a 90 USDT buy order is placed, then that order will be placed in the order book and wait for a 90 USDT sell order to be filled. The transaction fee paid upon order execution is the maker fee.
Taker: These are orders placed at a specific price that are immediately filled by a counterparty order in the order book. For example, assuming that the current price is 100 USDT and a 100 USDT buy order is placed, then that order will be immediately filled. The transaction fee paid upon order execution is the taker fee.
Last 30D trading volume: The total trading volume of all your main accounts and sub-accounts in the last 30 days is calculated at 12:00 AM (UTC+8) every day. Your sub-accounts will receive the same rates as your main account immediately after their creation.
Current day's assets: Bitget takes a snapshot of all assets (in both main and sub-account) in your spot, USDC-M Futures, USDT-M Futures, Coin-M Futures, P2P, Earn, funding and copy trading accounts, at 12:00 AM (UTC+8) each day. These assets are then converted to their value in USDT based on the price at the time of the snapshot for calculation purposes. Spot assets include available, locked, and frozen assets. Futures assets include margin and frozen assets. P2P assets include available assets (excluding frozen assets). Inbound transfers made before 10:00 PM (UTC+8) will be counted as current day's assets, and the VIP asset data will be updated the next day. Inbound transfers made after 10:00 PM (UTC+8) will be counted as the next day's assets, with the VIP asset data updated the following day.
30-day average daily assets: Bitget takes a snapshot of all assets (in both main and sub-account) in your spot, USDC-M Futures, USDT-M Futures, Coin-M Futures, P2P, Earn, funding and copy trading accounts, at 12:00 AM (UTC+8) each day. These assets are then converted to their value in USDT based on the price at the time of the snapshot for calculation purposes. Spot assets include available, locked, and frozen assets. Futures assets include margin and frozen assets. P2P assets include available assets (excluding frozen assets). 30-day average daily asset balance (in USDT) = total asset balance in the past 30 days (in USDT) ÷ 30 days.
24h withdrawal limit: Bitget determines your daily withdrawal limit (converted into USD) based on your VIP level. You cannot withdraw more than your withdrawal limit in a single day.
VIP upgrade overview
- Users who meet the requirements spot trading volume, futures trading volume, and new BGB holders for different VIP levels will enjoy the highest level VIP perks available to the users. For instance, if a user meets the requirements for for VIP 2 in spot trading but only VIP 1 in futures trading, they will automatically be upgraded to VIP 2 for futures trading.
- When a user becomes a VIP for the first time by meeting the trading volume requirements, they will receive a VIP grace period, which protects them from being downgraded for 30 days. Other VIP users who no longer meet their level requirements will be downgraded based on their latest data.
- VIP levels are automatically updated at 9:00 AM (UTC+8) each day. If a user's trading behavior triggers risk control, Bitget has the right to adjust their VIP level.
