Bitget One-Click Copy Trade: Guidelines for Spot Copy Trade Followers

Let’s take a more detailed look at the operations guidelines for followers.

I. Check Elite Traders’ Data

(1) Registration days: The number of days you have been registered, starting from the date of registration to the current date.

(2) Followers: The number of current users following the elite trader.

(3) Total assets: The total assets in the trader's spot account.

(4) Return on Investment (ROI): ROI = PnL ÷ Principal × 100%

(5) Total transactions: The number of transactions that have been completed through opening and closing positions.

(6) Followers (all-time): The number of people who have followed the elite trader. Note: Followers who re-follow an elite trader will not add to the all-time follower count.

(7) Total profit: The total profit of closed orders.

(8) Profitable trades: The number of transactions that were profitable (before transaction fee deduction).

(9) Losing trades: The number of transactions with negative returns (before transaction fee deduction).

(10) Win rate (3W): The number of orders with positive returns in the last 3 weeks divided by the total number of orders in the last 3 weeks.

* Note: Elite trader data is updated on an hourly basis.

II. The Copy Trading Process

Choose your lead trader(s) > Set up and start using your copy trading account > Check copy trade data > Sell or close an order.

1. Choose your elite trader(s)

(1) Enter the Copy Trade page to view trader transaction data. Refer to the Traders' Data Explanation for more details.

(2) You can follow multiple elite traders at the same time.

(3) If the elite trader is marked as full, you may select a slot reminder.

2. Setting up a copy trading account

(1) Choose the elite trader you want to follow, then use the Copy Trade button to enter the Copy Trade page.

(2) Copy trading pairs: Select your preferred spot trading pairs.

(3) Copy methods: Choose either a fixed amount, or multipliers.

(4) Common/Advanced settings: The common settings are the default. Choose advanced settings if you need to access more detailed settings (e.g. Fixed Amount).

(5) Risk control: Set your take-profit ratio, stop-loss ratio, and maximum amount (USDT).

(6) Use the Confirm button, read the Copy Trade Agreement, then use the Copy Now button.

* Currently, copy trading is only available in the hedging mode.

3. Checking copy trade data

Go to the Copy Trade page after you set up your copy trading account to view all detailed information, including:

(1) Copy trade data:

  • Invested principal: The total principal of all closed orders copied from elite traders.
  • Net profit: (The total profit of all closed orders copied from elite traders) - (Buying and/or selling fees before any profit sharing deductions).

(2) Current copy trades: Copied orders that have not been closed.

(3) Past copy trades: Copied orders that have been closed.

(4) My traders: The elite traders that you are following. When the elite trader you follow opens a position, you will immediately copy that position.

(5) Copy trade info: The remaining amount available for copy trading.

4. Editing copy trades

You can find elite traders from the list or from My Traders under My Copy Trades, then use the Edit button to edit your copy trade settings or unfollow an elite trader.

(1) Your copied orders will not be affected when you unfollow an elite trader. You can still copy the elite trader's closing position or choose to sell or close the order manually.

(2) Edited copy trade parameters only apply to new copy trade orders. Existing copied orders will not be affected.

5. Sell / Close

Go to the Spot page to sell or close orders via My Copy Trades or Current Copy Trades.

(1) Copied orders will be displayed separately under Current Copy Trades.

(2) Only assets that are non-copied orders can be sold on the Spot page. You can manage your copied orders via Current Copy Trades.
