Blocksquare and Vera Capital Reach $1 Billion Partnership for Tokenizing US Real Estate

Blocksquare and Vera Capital announced today a $1 billion partnership to tokenize commercial and multi-family real estate assets across the United States. Vera Capital will leverage Blocksquare’s white-label technology to launch a dedicated digital marketplace, providing global investors with tokenized ownership of institutional-grade US real estate. The first tokenization project is a $5.4 million commercial property in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with an annual return of 5%.
