What Should Be Done If I Cannot Receive The Verification Code or Other Notifications?

Dear Bitget users:

If you are unable to receive a mobile verification code, email verification code, or other notifications while using Bitget, please try the following methods.

1. SMS verification code

1) Ensure your mobile device has a strong signal.
2) Check for any potential delays with your network provider.
3) Switch from 5G to 4G, or from Wi-Fi to mobile data.
4) Click on [Resend] every 120 seconds, up to 3 times, as each attempt may use a different vendor.
5) Disable any antivirus, Do Not Disturb (DND) mode, firewall, or call blocker apps that could block Bitget's SMS.
6) Ensure your device has enough storage space to receive new SMS. If it's almost full, try clearing some space.
7) Restart your mobile device.
8) Try requesting the verification code from a different device.
Note: Some services, especially for international SMS, may require sufficient account balance to deliver messages. Check if this is a requirement for the service you are using.

2. Mail verification code

1) Check your email's spam or junk folder.
2) Ensure that your email client or service provider is operating normally.
3) Confrim that your email inbox is not full.
4) Click [Resend] every 120 seconds, up to 3 times, as each attempt may use a different vendor.
5) If you're accessing your mailbox from a mobile device, switch from 5G to 4G or from Wi-Fi to mobile data.
6) Try requesting the verification code from a different browser.
7) Add the following sender addresses to your email whitelist:
Note: An excessive amount of requests within a short period of time will result in a timeout, preventing our email servers from sending emails to your email address. If you are still unable to receive it, please wait for 15 minutes before submitting a new request.
If you are still unable to receive the verification code after following these steps, please submit a request via webform and indicate your account details, or get in touch with our Live Support for immediate assistance.
