WazirX: Voting period for proposed restructuring plan set for March 19 to March 28

on February 12, Indian cryptocurrency exchange WazirX posted on the X platform that the next key step is to vote on the proposed restructuring plan. Voting period: planned to take place from March 19 to March 28, 2025. Allocation after asset rebalancing: after the rebalancing is completed, if the majority of creditors vote in favor, within 10 working days after the restructuring plan takes effect, approximately 85% of their account balance will be distributed to the scheme creditors (valued at 1:00 PM Indian Standard Time on July 18, 2024).
