Polyhedra Releases Roadmap, EXPchain Mainnet to Go Live in February 2025
On 9 December, Polyhedra Network, a zero-knowledge proof infrastructure project, released its latest roadmap for its Layer 1 network, EXPchain, which will go live on its test network in December 2024, with the main network scheduled for a February 2025 launch. The project has closed a $75 million funding round valued at $1 billion from Polychain Capital, Binance Labs and Animoca Brands, among others.
Polyhedra is turning cutting-edge technologies into open source solutions that empower scalable, verifiable AI systems. Its core technologies include Zero Knowledge Machine Learning (zkML), the proof system Expander, the zkPyTorch toolchain, the zkBridge cross-chain solution, and the Proof Cloud compute platform, which are designed to address key challenges such as AI security, data privacy, and blockchain interoperability, and to enable innovation for developers and enterprises.
