Flare Simplifies Blockchain Node Setup on Google Cloud
Flare speeds up Web3 development with Blockchain Machine Images on Google Cloud Marketplace
Now, developers can create full blockchain nodes in just a few minutes at a fraction of the usual cost.
This tool takes the hassle out of doing blockchain node setup. This is possible by providing everything needed to get a node up and running quickly.
Setting Up a Node in Minutes
Flare’s Blockchain Machine Images is a “node-as-a-service” solution, meaning it provides ready-made setups for blockchain nodes. Normally, setting up and syncing a blockchain node can take a long time and require a big team.
But Flare has simplified things: developers just need to select the Blockchain Machine Images tool on Google Cloud Marketplace, choose the blockchain network they want (like Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Polygon), and click “deploy.”

Flare’s Blockchain Machine Images is also designed to grow with demand. With this tool, developers can choose the latest “image ID” (basically the newest version of the node software) and set up an autoscaling group. This means they can add more nodes as needed, which is especially helpful for projects that require a lot of power, like big decentralized apps (dapps) or data platforms.
More About Flare’s Blockchain Machine Images
In the past, deploying blockchain nodes was time-intensive and often costly. Many companies had to hire dedicated teams just to manage the setup and upkeep of these nodes. Plus, the infrastructure costs could add up quickly. It was like trying to run a car on empty—it drained time, money, and resources fast.

Now, Flare’s tool provides a simpler and cheaper solution. Through Google Cloud Marketplace, deploying and updating nodes is now much more affordable. While other node-as-a-service providers might charge up to $2,000 a month, Flare offers dedicated nodes for around $300 per month. That’s a steal for businesses looking to save big on their blockchain needs.
