Godfish: the project should take to set time locks and add automated monitoring and alarm mechanisms to improve security
On October 18th, Cobo co-founder and CEO Godfish commented on the theft of Radiant Capital, saying that in response to this sophisticated attack, the industry can now take the following measures:
1. Project owners and security companies should conduct a detailed check of high-privilege sensitive contracts, first set up time locks (even time locks as short as 10 minutes can be effective in mitigating the attack), and add automated monitoring and alarm mechanisms.
2. First of all, obtain the signature information from the hardware wallet through the app and parse it, so as to temporarily alleviate the problem of blind signatures in the hardware wallet.
3. Integrate the parsing function of complex transactions in the hardware wallet to improve the transparency and security of transactions.
