Chainge proposes approval of $13 million capital infusion that will put 50 million XCHNG tokens in circulation

This move will make 50 million XCHNG tokens available, equivalent to approximately 10% of the current supply. The investment aims to boost the utilization of Chainge's products and services, ensuring a minimum profit of $1 million in Q2.
