Global Bitcoin ETP product holdings exceeded 1 million BTC
On March 5th, ByteTree's recent data shows that the amount of BTC held by global Bitcoin ETP products has exceeded one million, setting a new record. In the past 90 days, these ETFs have flowed in 133,000 BTC, mainly due to the success of the US spot Bitcoin ETF.
It is worth mentioning that the surge in Bitcoin ETF inflows has occurred simultaneously with outflows from other ETFs, especially those related to gold and bonds. As of March 1st, data shows that some of the largest bond ETFs, including TLT, have had negative returns since the beginning of the year. HODL15Capital's data shows that TLT has fallen by 4.5% so far this year.
