Thunder: Affected users have been fully refunded for their losses
The multi-chain trading platform Thunder issued a statement saying that it has fully refunded losses to affected users:
- 86.5611512804 ETH
- 439.12232317 SOL
- their accounts also received 0% fees (lifetime) and 100,000 USD credit points, regardless of the amount of funds lost.
- We have issued more than 10 million USD in credit limits.
- The median amount of funds lost per user is 223.10 USD.
- The vast majority (>99%) of users were not affected by this vulnerability.
- Our desktop application is not affected by this vulnerability.
We will enable credit point promotion and 0% fee transactions in the next few days to make up for our downtime. All paying users are also granted an extension of their subscription.
Yesterday, it was reported that the multi-chain trading platform Thunder was suspected of being attacked, and the attacker had transferred 86.5 ETH to Railgun.
