SOMA Finance announces launch of digital asset trading platform
SOMA Finance has announced the launch of its first batch of components for its hybrid decentralized digital platform. At the same time as the platform's launch, SOMA has submitted a regulatory crowdfunding memorandum for the sale of its SOMA tokens to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The SOMA token will represent SOMA's A-series preferred stock, serving as both a financial instrument for the company and a platform token for SOMA.finance.
