Gemini Trust has emailed creditors about the proposed restructuring plan, now submitted for a vote
Gemini Trust posted on the X platform that on December 13th, the company sent an email to creditors outlining a proposed restructuring plan that has now been submitted for a vote. Under the proposed plan, creditors will receive compensation equal to their Earn cryptocurrency balance held before January 19, 2023, which is the day that Gemini's cryptocurrency lending partner, Genesis Global Capital, filed for bankruptcy.
