There is a vulnerability in Geth v1.12.15, and an emergency patch has been released to solve the problem.
On November 9th, ETCCooperative's executive director Bob Summerwill tweeted that there was an error in version 1.12.15 of Geth, where Spiral did not activate correctly on the Mordor test network. The issue has been resolved by releasing an emergency patch, although the Blockscout instance has not yet been upgraded, it will be restored soon.
